FACILITY RULES:

• Fifteen minute rest periods will be taken every hour.
  • Only adults (18 & older) are permitted in the pool during rest periods.
  • The baby pool is closed during rest periods but adults may take infants into the main pool if they are actively engaged and constantly within the other’s grasp.
• If it makes a cloud, it’s not allowed
  • Smoking or vaping of any kind within the pool is absolutely not allowed. 
    • Feel free to visit the bench out front overlooking the beautiful Refectory!
• Lap lanes are reserved for lap swimming ONLY
  • Please circle-swim when lanes are crowded
  • Members of swim team may practice racing starts with the permission of a manager or under the supervision of a Northwest Swim Coach ONLY.
  • Please do not hang on or swim across the lane lines
• Shallow Area: 2-3 ft. depth area around FANG.
  • Restricted to smaller children and personal floatation devices only- puddle jumpers, lifejackets, etc. 
  • Lifejackets, puddle jumpers and goggles are not permitted on FANG.
  • Older children are permitted in this area if behaving in gentle, appropriate manner. No roughhousing, wrestling, aggressive play is permitted in this area. Rough football or other ball games shall be played in the 3 to 4 ft area with the basketball hoop.
• The Baby Pool is intended for children under 6 years of age
  • No child may climb on the fountains or remove the balls from the area
  • Any children 6 years of age or over in the baby pool must behave in a calm, gentle manner as to keep it safe for our smallest swimmers.
  • Children not listening, playing roughly, climbing, or splashing excessively will be asked to leave the enclosed baby pool.

POOL HOURS AND ADMISSION:

• The pool will open from 12pm to 9pm weekdays and 10am to 9pm on weekends/holidays during the weeks when school is not in session.
• Opening hours will vary at the beginning and end of the season with an 8pm close. 
  • End of season dates are tbd by our staff and where they go to school.
• Any changes in normal pool hours will be posted in advance at the pool and online.
  • Exceptions will be related to weather and other unforeseen emergencies which will be communicated ASAP.
• Members must supply their name and/or Member ID number as found in Member Dashboard before they can enter.
• All members must have a photograph on file. Children may be asked to update their photos as they grow.

CHILDREN AND GUESTS:

• Guests MUST be accompanied by a member for the duration of their visit.
• Guest fees are charged for all non-members regardless of intention to swim.
  • All Guests – $10
  • All Guests after 5pm – $6
  • Children 3 and under, as well as grandparents not dressed to swim, are exempt from guest fees.
• Members are limited to having no more than 9 guests at one time without pre-approval by Management.
• Children 12 and under will not be permitted on the Club grounds unless accompanied and supervised by a parent or other responsible person 16 years of age or over.
